There are a few excellent ones that come up a bit short. I will throw them in here, cuz they fucking rock.
Slint - "Good Morning, Captain" (Spiderland)
Explosions in the Sky - "Your Hand In Mine" (Earth Is Not a Cold Dead Place)
My Bloody Valentine - "Soon" (Loveless)
At 8, 8 and 7 minutes. Sorry in advance for ruining the thread.
Ignoring - Albums that are only one song long, songs with silence then a bonus track, medleys that are listed as more than one song in the credits (like in Abbey Road.
I'll order them out later

"Good Morning Captain" and "Soon" are truly stunning (haven't heard EITS).

More good ones:
Godspeed You! Black Emperor - "Motherfucker=Redeemer"
Godspeed You! Black Emperor - "Antennas to Heaven"
M83 - "Beauties Can Die"
Sigur Ros - "Untitled 8" (off (), my favorite SR album, the last half of which has been slowly growing on me)
Experimental Audio Research - "Guitar Feedback Manipulation"
Larval - "One Day I Just Kept On Walking" (I kind of forgot about this band until today, a symphonic rock type outfit. I own thier album Obedience, which isn't all that great, but this song, the closer, is fucking incredible. And that is one of the coolest song names for a closer, ever.)
edit: was hard to read. ps check out that Larval song, its good!

Speaking of drums, I'm listening to Manitoba - "Every Time She Turns Around It's Her Birthday" (Up In Flames), which is an 8 minute closer with spectacular drumming. In fact, the entire album has really good drumming. Drums very rarely catch my attention, and I mean very rarely, but they do on this album.
