Another try...I'm in about the perfect environment. They're pretty transcendent. Let's see if I can actually maintain somewhat of a pattern with them.

There was an interview in Pitchfork about 5 years ago where the band admitted it was flattering to see people in the audience sleeping at their shows.

'sigur rós: heima' released digitally - with exclusive extras

digitally available for the first time with 29 bonus vids, including five previously unreleased extra songs.
http://www.sigur-ros.co.uk/heima/?utm_s ... aign=heima

Bonus vids:
e-bow
gong
hafsól
ný batterí
viðrar vel til loftárása

rímur ep digital release

the long deleted tour-only ep from 2001, featuring steindór andersen, available for the first time digitally.
http://www.sigur-ros.co.uk/store/music. ... aign=rimur

tracklisting:
1. mansöngur (with sigur rós)
2. rímur af göngu-hrólfi (solo)
3. fjöll í austri (with sigur rós)
4. vorvísur (solo)
5. á ferð til breiðafjarðar vorið 1922 (with sigur rós)
6. lækurinn (duet with sigurður sigurðarson)

If my WD TV Live plays a similar Quicktime video I may buy this version as well, the DVDs are fantastic.
I actually just poured myself a nice glass of Jameson with rocks, a rarity but I do believe I should put on Hvarf/Heim.

This is the best music dvd ever made, and this video gives me goosebumps several times in its duration, even when listening on shitty laptop speakers.

God this band is so great (live footage starts at about 2:00). Can't wait to see them again some time.
