so im watching VH1classics, and its tuesday twoplay, and they played them bones, and would

would might be their most incredible song, least to me, the exaggerated difference between layne and jerry i think only adds to the song, factor in the bass line in it and wow

on a side note, layne looks earily like robert englund or to those who dont know, freddy krueger, in that video

Jar of Flies might easily be the single greatest CD i ever bought. i stay away is one hell of a video, and come to think of it, i cant think of a bad video by them. truly an amazing band

so right now, im only going to play AIC on my winamp as i go to bed

Probably in my top 5 bands of all time, top 10 for sure.

They're fucking amazing, some of the best, most beautifully depressing music ever created.

They are my third favorite band behind PJ and The Beatles. Layne and Jerry were such an amazing duo. I rarely go more than a couple of days without listening to some AIC. And I agree about Jar of Flies. It is one of my favorite albums ever.

I adored those 2, they were so great together. I absolutely love Jerry, his solo albums are really good, IMO. :luv:

And now this thread has made me whip out Unplugged. Good times.

*RIP Layne*

It's eerie to watch Unplugged. Layne looks like hell. The day he died I watched it and I felt unsettled. It was almost like we went back in time and Kurt Cobain died all over again. You'll never hear new music from AIC, you'll never get to see them in concert again. It's just weird.

Down In A Hole is one of my favorite AIC songs ever.

I don't listen to AIC enough, I should make a concious effort to.
