what's the better 90's album in your opinion?

Seeing as how Mellon Collie is a huge overblown musical turd, I'd pick The Fragile.

Not a big pumpkins fan but even if I was, greatest double album of all time?! The Wall, The White Album, several Who albums,etc.; that's some steep competition.
