I'll go ahead and admit it. I love New Kids On The Block.

There, I said it.

my guilty pleasures: The Killers, Death Row artists and Eminem, and Alannis Morisette come to mind first.

You know, I always liked Donnie and Joe. One of those.

Alanis Morisette only became a guilty pleasure after Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie, because that was her final great album.

I'd also give her Under Rug Sweep. I thought that was a great album.

So-Called Chaos is really uneven, and has only two or three really good songs. Flavors of Entanglement is much better but still just good. Half the record is really good bending toward great, but not ever really getting there. The other half is pretty mediocre. Some nice b-sides, though.

Her most recent one is pretty meh. I think I like it more than So-Called Chaos, but that's not saying much.

Yeah OK you can have that.

But man, I just love songs like 'That I Would Be Good'. That's the best teenage crying song ever.

I don't know Death Row.

Eminem recorded three great albums. Like, potentially all time best of list type albums. He lost a bit of his burst after that. But I do really like Relapse.

Right?!

She was totally tapped in during those sessions.

Death Row is Suge Knight's record company. dr dre, snoop, tupac, etc. i understand not liking the image of "gansta rap" but these guys are all awesome

tupac is clearly the best lyricist of the bunch, but snoop has a flow thats unmatched. dr dre is probably the best rap producer ever. people should feel guilty for not liking these guys.

I'm not a huge rap fan, but I agree. I haven't followed Snoop much since the 90s. But I really like what I know.

I'm also a fan of NWA stuff I've heard.

when I go on my Eminem kicks I only listen to stuff up to the 8 Mile soundtrack, I'm pretty much oblivious to anything he has released since I graduated high school 10 years ago.
