Neil Young
It helps that he's sounded like he was 60 since he was 20.
I actually think that Neil's voice has changed quite a lot over the years, although he still doesn't sound "old". He can't do the high register he used to sing with on After The Gold Rush and Harvest anymore, due in part to throat surgery he had in teh mid 70's (before Zuma, I believe).
On that note though, Crosby and Nash still have great voices that have barely aged in 40 years.

Tom Waits has sounded like he's an 80 year old throat cancer survivor since the mid/late 70's, so it's not aging.
Roger Waters' voice has changed, but I like it better now. An aged quality to it turns the snappy crab-ass bit and makes it less...whiny. Plus on some of those old Floyd bootlegs, he and Dave are both pretty off-key.

I know some of you don't even like him (or the band), and that most of PJ Chat would disagree, but I'll say Eddie Vedder. And actually, I think his singing voice has actually improved a bit over these 18 years.

Its really hard for me to dislike him on record. Live, he's definitely gone downhill, but in the studio he still sounds great, particularly on the more mellow songs.

In my experience, casual female fans of the band prefer Ed's voice as it is today.
I've actually had that stewing around in my head for a while.
Roger Waters sounds like an old man, and only a bit of that craziness left in his voice. David Gilmour, on the other hand, still sounds great. Aside from a little grit, he still has a pretty smooth voice.
