Its been a while since I have become so enamored with my speakers and music in general, and to be honest I am enjoying every precious moment of it because times like these only come around when my life is void of stress. I am searching for new music and some of you have excellent taste (others leave a bit to be desired but oh well).

Here are my parameters: There are none, just song name and title.

To give you an idea of my preferences lately the following have graced my mp3 player:

Hot Water Music
Dogwood
Bouncing Souls
Darkest Hour
Dillinger Escape Plan
Dillinger Four
Fugazi
Poison The Well
Every Time I Die
Black Sabbath
Bad Religion
Killswitch Engage
Led Zeppelin
Neil Young
Steve Earle
Idlewild
IGNITE
Strike Anywhere
Rise Against
ZAO

If you dig those, check out Saosin and Kid Dynamite. Pretty much anything on Jade Tree. I'm not a fan of that stuff, but most of my friends/acquaintences are and that's the stuff they listen to.

Big fan of both Saosin and Kid Dynamite. Excellent reccomendations though. I forgot to add that I am NOT a fan of:

Modest Mouse
Franz Ferdinand
The Libertines
The Strokes

Pink Moon for sure, but after viewing your current tastes I'm not sure ND is your cup of tea.

That notwithstanding, Nick Drake's music is sacrilicious.

Zebs right. It would not fit with your current tastes at all. Think acoustic low-fi depressed music.

If you want something to listen to when you're stoned or just want crazy spacey shit to listen to, check out Spiritualized. Specifically their album Ladies and Gentlemen, We Are Floating in Space.

Judging by what he doesn't like, I don't think those are good suggestions.
