I first discoverd these guys at a show in Seattle earlier this year. McCready of PJ has been doing a lot of shit with her and the band, and she's got a good sound to her.

Well, YOU were at that show with me! I'm excited for the new album they just recorded.

Caught her here in Chapel Hill with a crowd of about 20 people. She fucking awesome, and the Laughing Dogs bring a lot to the table. Check 'em out, folks.

I really wanted to see her Black Cat gig in DC, but I had work.

Glad you caught this, B. I almost drove up there just for the show. Used to catch her in a bar in Ellensburg, WA with only 10-20 people there. She's really great. Band too.

She has such a classic sounding voice. Does McCready play lead on Alone In This Together? I like the guitar work better than the 'interesting patterns' he plays on BS

Wow, 'Wolves In Disguise'? She's very narrowly avoided a cliche there, and to what end?

I'll double check my album, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't play on that song.
