I'm finding a couple of new artist I like each day through it! From friends, groups, discussions, games, strangers, recommendations... Cool :)

I missed a 'friends radio' so I just made a group. Right now almost 40% of my friends joined and it sounds good, even though some have totally different taste from me and one uses to play horrible things sometimes. I hardly use the skip function on the groups radio.

And I'm downloading too much... my OINK ratio is going down.

i like the rules OINK has about bitrate, discogs, etc.
demonoid still gets shit with pops and clicks, and 128 bitrate.

Does last.fm only record what you listen to on your computer, or on your mp3 player as well? Because I never listen to shit on my computer, but the other thing would be interesting to see.

There are plugins (or whatever those are called) to transfer your mp3 player playlist to last.fm. I haven't tried it but it's out there...

It's one of my friends from the Dutch music forum. He listens to just about everything and sometimes I'm amazed how much he can listen to in a row without going crazy, haha. Like a full album by [insert any horrible eighties band]. Just browse my friends and check their playlists.

Last.fm is great. Oink is great too. My ratio is also going down, but it's still above the minimum required.

I've never had an Oink ratio argument, but I've only had it since Feb. I think the minimum required is quite reasonable.
