It's also important to note that I rarely like all of the songs on any given album. It doesn't mean the band or the album isn't good to me, it's just hard to make an album that good.

I'm currently listening to Rated R, so I'm gonna have to disagree. I also might think Lullabies might be a touch better. But still one of my favorite albums right now.

I still think their first album is a masterpiece, but nobody fucking talks about it because Dave Grohl doesn't play on it.
Still the best Queens record.
I really still couldn't disagree more. Nor do I understand how there's a group of people who believe this. I feel the other records are so much more varied, tuneful, with better lyrics, with better singing. It really doesn't make sense to my brain and ears.

People seem to go nuts for Songs for the Deaf, but I think it's easily their weakest record at that point.
Both the debut and Rated R are much more consistent, though admittedly the high points of SFTD are pretty damn great.

yeah my feeling too...Rated R is their best record because of how the songs go connect with echaother, the music, and specially....INTO THE FADE.
