they have released a new record this year. it's titled: Odditorium Or Warlords of Mars. i like it. it's very nice, but 13 tales from urban bohemia is still their best record i think.

I've listened to it solid for the last month or so, and it's growing on me. At first nothing jumped out as good music to me, but now I kinda like every song. It's hard to get into, with two very long songs opening the album. But there are some short and sweet here as well, like All The Money Or The Simple Life Honey.

But it's not their best. I also thinks it's 13 Tales from urban Boheima that deserves that title.

Odditorium got such horrible reviews, but there are some songs on it that I certainly like, especially "Love is the New Feel Awful" and "Smoke It". I agree that 13 Tales is better by far though. Their other album Welcome to the Monkey House is on my wishlist.

That's a good one too. More poppy than the other records, but a good one.

I love the new Dandy's album. It took awhile to grow on me as well but it's definitly a solid album now. I'd also agree that 13 tales is their best album, for me it's followed closely by the one before that, Come Down.

"You Were the Last High" is one of the best songs ever.

Looks like it was a windy gig at the Sasquatch this year. There's a song up on youtube from their set here:

Can't wait for the small venue gig tonight. 8)

It was stellar live last night.

Great show in general. Trippy jams on a lot of tunes and very tight. I'm also in love with Zia now as well. :luv:

That would have been nice.
