I really enjoy the funky organ that's going on in Sabrosa, the intro to So Watcha Want? and numerous other tracks that they've recorded. Where can I find more music like this? I'm particularly referring to that organ sound on SWW?

That's Jimmy Smith's signature sound. You would probably like his early 70s stuff most, especially the Root Down album. Also Jack McDuff's The Honeydripper.
