Good Times Bad Times

1. I'm so pleased that they opened the album with an original composition.

2. Bonham's right foot is clearly the most awe-inspiring appendage ever.

Babe I'm Gonna Leave You

Listening through headphones and hearing Plant's bleed into the drum track @ 1:41 is always a bit spooky.

The heavy bits are great and the quiet bits are kinda ho hum.

Dazed And Confused

Easily one of my favourite Zep songs. You can't beat that heavy psychadelic near drone. You just can't.

Are there any zombie and/or slasher films that should have used Zep as incidental background music?

Your Time Is Gonna Come

Even though the organ intro is a bit messy this really is a wonderful way to open the second side. And who can't relate to lyrics like "Gonna make you pay for that great big hole in my heart"?

Black Mountain Side

The crossfade isn't quite right and some of the guitar overdubs are just too busy for my liking.

I hope your commentary on BBC Sessions lasts 10 pages.

Pretty much everything Zep did was plagiarized from some old black guy. Excpet the more "progressive" stuff, but that sucked anyway.

You really can't "not agree" with the fact that most every riff Zep came up with was stolen from old black bluesmen.

Communication Breakdown

An instantly recognisable classic and unusual B-side to single Good Times Bad Times. You'd think it'd be the other way around really.
