I completely forgot that these guys existed until i found their CD the other day when ripping my collection. Listening to this takes me way back to junior high.

Hmm, this wasn't as completely rediculous as i recall. There were actually some decent songs besides the original hits, that i must have missed when i was younger.

Very good band.
I saw them cover Soundgarden's "Burden in my Hand" once and they did a great job on it.

Let's be pals some day.

LOVED the first POTUSA album... not too big on the second one except for "Mach 5".

I may be in the minority, but I thought PUSA2 was better than their opener.

I love this band.

Kick out the Jams is on that album.

It's a classic and does have some great songs on other than the hits. I actually had a chance to see the Presidents live no more than two years ago. They really rocked the house.

I remember when I was in the 5th grade, my music teacher opened the class to suggestions as to what songs we wanted to sing for our choir concert at the end of the year. One girl brought their first CD in class and played "Lump" as her choice. Naturally, this was denied, as were all of our choices; we ended up doing the best of the Beatles.

"we are not gonig to make it" may be one of my favorite songs ever on a band's first album

I agree, on both counts.

Froggie is one of my fave PUSA tracks, as is Toob Amplifier. Fucking great band, them.

I picked up their new album today from iTunes... my favorite since II (which I listened to again recently and liked a lot more than I remembered.)
