With the digital age these became obsolete, but I liked them for whatever reason. Last night I passed out listening to Kyuss and woke up to one of their hidden tracks (basically a short clip of them yelling and playing poorly). They were pretty cool.

Also, best hidden song ever is Pearl Jam's "4/20/02".

I honestly had no idea this existed. I just listened to it, and sure enough there it was. i bought avocado the day it came out and I actually think that I've only listened to the complete album once. That hidden track may be the best thing on the album, it sounds great.

It's the only redeeming quality.

I like the way the hidden track is hidden on Blind Melon's Soup. One of my favorite albums, and I never found it until many years later. But it used to crash two people's old CD players that I knew, and they could never figure out why.

I never owned that album. care to share what the hidden track is?

Navy Bean is news to me, too. I did kind of wonder why it was a user title, though.

I really don't think I care about Pearl Jam enough to figure out what Navy Bean is.

I don't know of a name for it, but it's got backwards vocals, I think if you play it backwards, teh vocals are the words that open the album. It's about 2 minutes long, and it's hidden BEFORE track 1.
