Those songs get better with multiple listens. Dead End Friends is great. Does anyone know if Josh uses an octave pedal or if he just relies on his guitar and amp rig to get that sound? Maybe I'm hearing the second guitar, but it sounds cool.

True. But based on that clip there is definitely some octave play going on there at the beginning and it could easily be a pedal, but at the 12 second mark where one note appears to go slightly off key which leads me to believe that it is actually both guitarists playing it. Of course it's almost impossible to tell from the sound quality on that clip so take that with a grain of salt.

Its makes me uneasy that I liked the light show in that clip more than the music.
I'm a sucker for melody and a good riff and I'm willing to admit that my tastes aren't as refined as others'. From the clips that have been posted thus far, this seems like it could be a cool album, but what if the actual idea of these 3 musicians playing together ends up exceeding the music they're able to create?
