i think he's meaning "does anybody actually like blink 182"
plus he was present today when i had a 10 minute argument with somebody who claimed blink 182 were better than pearl jam :lol:

blink 182 is pretty much already forgotten about..

the problem with having an mtv/teeny bopper-like fanbase, is that those arent the people that keep a bands music alive.. its the underground/hardcore fans, & when you're just a band thats fits into a trend & you're corporate, once the trend is gone, the teeny boppers move onto the next big thing & the band doesnt have any credibility left. So basically everyone forgets about them

Too bad Blink 182 didn't realize that.

It was cool to like Blink 182 in the late 90's. Now it isn't.

I bet half of the people who claim they're a shitty band own at least one album, but would never admit to it.

If you can listen to music without analyzing it to death, Blink was a fun band.

They're a fun punk band. Not too into them, but I like some of their songs. Dammit is on my ipod and it goes over well at parties.

I have greatest hits on my ipod. It's not bad at all. They did a HUGE arena tour in 2000 co-headlining with Green Day.

I think my favorite songs are M&ms and Josie.

love their stuff. it's nothing groundbreaking but i list them under the list of bands that i listen to when i just want to have a good time. they have some great stuff to sing along with and tap your foot to.

the last album of theirs was really good. they explored the more serious side of things and i love it.
