Goddamn Warren Haynes never ceases to amaze me with what he can do. The guy is simply a fucking monster. Can't wait to get home and DL this...I'm thinking Where Did You Sleep.... must be fucking epic.

It's a good question. I usually grab 16 bit versions just because the download is quicker and, if I'm not mistaken, only the 16 bit can then be converted to .wav for burning to disc. FWIW, the 16 bit of this is pretty top notch from just listening to bits and pieces of it so far. The taper did a great job of recording it; that's the most important element in my book.
fuck it, i want a good version..and i dont feel like fuckin my ratio up on what, or waitin forever for it to be put on demonoid
the 17 bucks i give to the music industry in 2009..i guess its not a biggie
i previewed some of the songs, they sound pretty great
I haven't found a lot of shows on the 'noid. I'm a pretty big fan, and though I do enjoy a lot of audience pulls, I'm a sucker for a good MuleTracks gig. I was at the 27th (which kicked tremendous ass) as well as the 30th (which, subsequently also kicked major ass) and will probably buy the package as I got to catch the always funky Dumpstaphunk. I saw the band 6 times this year, and during Saturdays show, settled nicely in the balcony, I had the realization that this is really one of those bands that just gives me pure enjoyment. I've had so much goddamn fun at some great gigs that well there really aren't words for it, obviously I suggest taking in a show or two.

i hate to be the one to say it, but these songs just don't sound as good as i had hoped. maybe it was a "had to be there thing" but most of them feel kind of empty to me.
