Going to both nights, I definitely noticed a different energy each night. Friday night stood to me because Luther was absolutely killing it. Last night, the entire band seemed more engaged in the music. Can't really say which night I preferred; I'm just happy I got to see each show.
For a brief second, I thought "Title Song" was going to be "Cursed Diamond" last night. Hard to be disappointed with Title Song though.
Some of my highlights from each night:
Girl from a Pawnshop, Jam-Black Moon Creeping-Ballad in Urgency, How much for your Wings, Bring on Bring on, Aint Hiding, Exit, P.25 London, Oh Josephine, Hotel Illness. Probably missing a few.
Overall, great two nights.

Looks really good. Any show without Hard to Handle is always going to be good in my eyes.

pretty solid set. How was appaloosa? I'm kinda pissed none of the HOB shows are getting released this tour because the Orlando show had an amazing version of apppaloosa and midnight, nebakanezzar and peace anyway.

I saw. That better not be the only time they play it. I hope they were just warming up to do it in Atlanta in a couple weeks. I think its way better acoustic. The set list looks pretty awesome overall from last night. I wish I could've seen that.

I know you wanted it acoustic, but when it's one of only 2 times on tour, you should still be pretty happy to get it period

I just got back to tampa. I'm not complaining don't worry. I screamed like a little bitch when Rich played the first chords to open the second set. I like to think that I had something to do with them playing it last night, Chris didn't want me to fuck his shit up. The played pawnshop as well last night which was fuckin awesome. Really both nights were excellent. I was particularly impressed with Driving Wheel on the first night. Not one of my favorite covers that they do but they nailed it and it sounded amazing. Tornado was a huge surprise and was awesome. I wish there was a third night. I got to catch four shows this tour and I haven't gotten my fill. I'm tempted to try and make it out to San Fran but I haven't really budgeted for it. Especially tempted because my ex lives near there and I need to go win her back but thats another story all together.

Great show in Portland last night that left me very satisfied. Lots of hits at the end but there were some amazing jams, namely the end of Ballad In Urgency and during Wiser Time that really blew my mind. Feathers was great to hear too. I got a setlist after the show once again...I've gotten pretty good at that over the years!
Acoustic Set: Soul Singing Hotel Illness Garden Gate No Expectations Thorn In My Pride Whoa Mule So Many Times Nonfiction Jealous Again She Talks to Angels My Morning Song
Electric Set: Good Friday Peace Anyway Evergreen Ballad In Urgency Wiser Time Oh Sweet Nuthin Sting Me Twice As Hard Hard To Handle Remedy Feathers Thick 'n Thin

Jesus, I'm already wanting to see more and I couldn't pull off making it to San Fran. I hope this hiatus doesn't stick long. I NEED MORE CROWES. Lets be honest, they're gonna miss touring after 6 months or so because its what they do and how they live. Fuck their families and just keep making and playing great music.

Chris will have his solo band, Luther will have the NM All Stars, Rich can do solo shows, and I'm sure Steve, Sven and Adam will have no problem finding work if they want it. This thing's going to last 3 years at least, it'll take that long for Chris and Rich to get sick of not making any money as solo acts.
And if 3 years is what it takes, so be it. I'd rather them leave like this than leave like they did in 2001, where Steve and Chris hated each other and everyone else in the band too.

I haven't checked out the setlist yet but you would think that the saturday set would be one of the better ones. I mean its the fuckin saturday night show.
the fillmore shows are getting put up on Itunes now done by live nation. I downloaded the show from the 15th and the sound is awesome. I really want the Atlanta shows though so I'm getting antsy, the last one put up on liveblackcrowes was 11/17.

Does anyone know why no show after 11/17 is posted on liveblackcrowes.com? I desperately want to hear boots of the two Atlanta shows. Not only because I attended both but because they were amazing. The fillmoore shows were up on itunes almost immediately but no ATL and no shows after it before San Fran. Somebody help me out.

normally this is where I'd pipe in and say that "Boa said such and such over at the official board", but both Boa and Badge have been AWOL over there since the San Fran run started
