what are your favourite live renditions of songs?
(try and focus on ones that are available on CD/DVD rather than bootleg versions of songs)

here are a few of mine:

U2 - I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For (Rattle & Hum)
RATM - Bullet In The Head/Hadda Be Playing On The Jukebox (Live & Rare)
Paul McCartney - Hey Jude (Live In Red Square)
Zappa Plays Zappa - Zombie Woof (Zappa Plays Zappa DVD)
The Hives - everything from Tussels In Brussels
Muse - Time Is Running Out/Knights Of Cydonia/Stockholm Syndrome (HAARP)
Alice In Chains - Over Now/Got Me Wrong/No Excuses (MTV Unplugged)

thats just a few off the top of my head...
