The album where The Edge uses the delay pedal a lot is the best.

Actually, let me give you a breakdown of their entire discography

Boy- Crap
October- Kind of interesting at times but pretty dull overall.
War- Eh.
Unforgettable Fire- Pretty good
The Joshua Tree- Excellent
Rattle and Hum- Not very good.
Achtung Baby- Awesome.
Zooropa- Pretty bad, but it has "Stay" in it, so it's not a complete failure.
Pop- Pretty bad overall but I do like "If God Will Send His Angels" and "Last Night on Earth".
All That You Can't Leave Behind- This is where they finally settled for their present-day adult-contemporary "we're comfortable with our idiosyncrasies" bland sound. A dull record with a couple good songs: "In a Little While" and "Kite". I also like "Wild Honey", which most people seem to hate.
How To Dismantle an ujdhjsnff- It was alright. I think I liked "Yawhehhuaehueauhe"

I haven't heard the new one or that Passengers one enough to really form an opinion.

My favorite U2 song isn't in any of these records, but on their Greatest Hits (one of the many they have), "Electrical Storm".

Also, Joshua Tree has a phenomenal A side and a blah B side.

Achtung is excellent. A lot of people who will say this album isn't good are doing so only because of a larger hatred of U2. As for Joshua Tree, its definitely stronger in the beginning (all the singles are there), but there are some good songs at the end too. I've always been a fan of the way Exit builds.

I really like Actung Baby, Rattle and Hum, The unforgettable fire, and the rest of the records have good and bad moments for me. ( I think Pop is underrated)
