I did not see a thread about these guys so I thought i'd start one. I picked up their new album "Departed" and I think it is just as good if not better then Hometowns. They play with so much passion.
I saw them last night for the first time live and their drummer is really good. Great show. Very fun and energetic. The new songs sound awesome live and they did a cover of "Eye of the Tiger" which was a lot of fun.

If they come to your area i would definately suggest checking them out.

but yes, they are fun live for sure.

that Eye of the Tiger cover was a b-side to something off the first record, but i forget which song.

I can see how it could be annoying for some. I actually rather like it though. He sings with a lot of passion on a lot of their songs and that really comes through live. By passion i don't mean in like some bullshit emo way either.

It is a voice that I could see being a turn off though.

I did not know the Eyeof the Tiger was a b-side. I'll have to look for that . Thanks

Their first one is great. Liking the new one so far after a couple listens as well. I've never heard that eye of the tiger b side either but it appears it's easy enough to find on the internets!

I just started listening to this band. I think they are quite good. They remind me of the Fray, but if the Fray had more integrity.
