new female hype, not bad

"Video Games" is beautiful, but the lyrics are a major obstacle.

She was a trainwreck on SNL.

That was pretty much my exact thought when I heard it on the radio. Didn't see SNL.

I love that song. Been a huge hit for months here. But SNL performance... goodness me, how bad can it get?

Born to Die is a great song.

I'm starting to think maybe she just sucks live.

She seems to run out of breath and doesn't sound like she has a ton of vocal control.

Still a hell of a song, though.

I love her voice on the album but yeah, the live performances are hit or miss. This one's a hit though


I do like that she's been doing shows at small, intimate venues alot too.

I'll add that I find her pretty hot.

I listened to her 2010 album, Lana Del Ray a.k.a Lizzy Grant on the way in to work today and well parts sound alright but if she's writing these lyrics she'd better ask for some help.

guess that she doesnt like the "debut" album cause it was removed from itunes and almost everywhere....this album being released next week is the debut for her

Sounds like a manufactured talent to me.

I got the impression that her debut was kind of like Amy Winehouse's "Frank"--something she'd just as soon forget about.

I really like "Born to Die" too. I might just pick this thing up.
