That they are. They're playing Christchurch Cathedral here in Dublin. That's an amazing setting for a gig..been to a few there. It'd be spooky and haunting and real special. Tickets are rarer than hens teeth though

I've never once heard the dropkick murphys and something tells me i've no desire to at all.
if you've seen The Departed, you've heard them...
WOOAHH OH OHHHHH
It's so cliche to hate DKM now, I liked it better before The Departed and people were indifferent to them or hadnt heard of them.
I've hated them since high school.
Yeah, I really liked them in high school. Not so much anymore, but around 10th grade I was really into them. Went to one of their St Patrick's Day concerts and everything.

St Patricks day concerts? Thats all I need to know about that band.
Thats equivalent to a bunch of homeboy ghetto rats having a 'lets go back to Africa' rally on Martin Luther Kings holiday.
In this case I really hope they dont.
Dave..having googled Dropkick Murphys and deciding 'we dont want their type around here.' though they play here regularly, in kinda smaller pubs though..none of the even mid size venues..you just cant pull off the paddywhackery shit here though. Youll be taken apart or as in this bands case, ignored. Thank fuck for that.
