Honestly, Binaural is one of the most unique experiences/albums I have. Are there any other bands/albums that have the sound or feel of Binaural?
Also, Riot Act is unique as well. Especially the songs Help Help and You Are. Do you guys know any bands/albums that sound like those songs or this album? What bands influenced Pearl Jam during the recordings of these albums?

Binaural was produced by Tchad Blake. Riot Act was produced by Adam Kasper. A quick look at their wiki pages shows other bands they've worked with and might help you find something worthwhile:

Yeah I really like Adam Kasper's work on Riot Act, what else of his should I pick up? Maybe Self Titled, he worked on that so that will probably sound great too!

Thanks for the recommendation cutup, but I already own REMs stuff and I'm really not hearing the Binaural similarities anywhere from Murmur - Document. Also, I now see how you have so many posts, because you didn't know there was an edit button.

I hear a lot of similarities in the drum sounds between Binaural and Reckoning.
But very different atmosphere.
Well I think the sound that the binaural recording makes (which is really apparent on drums and backing vocals) certainly contributes to the atmosphere. Sure, the overall sound of the two albums have huge differences in terms of atmosphere, but there are absolutely similarities between other aspects of the atmosphere.
