Nobody did Birthday Party-era Nick Cave better than David Yow.

Scratch Acid is awesome. "Greatest Gift" never leaves my head.

I like that one Jesus Lizard album, but I rarely listen to it.

Yeah i posted a topic about this same thing a little while back. Scratch acid's greatest gift cd is a must, compiles all of their songs. I can't decide who I like better between Jesus Lizard and Scratch Acid. Was just watching some live Jesus lizard the other night, some incredible stuff. I think Goat and Liar are their best albums.

Wow, that bump got a pretty good result.

I remember something on Beavis and Butthead about the Jesus Lizard. To the effect of "they're not really trying at all, but it kicks ass."

This is probably one of top 10 fav bands of all time already

I'm listening to Blue. Which is a little mixed. Some fucking amazing tracks, and some I just totally tune out to. Still gotta digest it tho for sure.

And yeah I won't act like I'm beyond Goat, it is really wonderful.

I've only heard that song "Puss" that they released with Nirvana on the A-side. It's really good though.

I think Shot is one of the best albums ever. Especially the first four songs. Such an extremely tight band.

I have all their albums except for Blue. And I need to get another copy of Shot. I have actually not really heard anything off Blue. I have yet to listen to Quie yet either.
