mine too.

I've found that the only AiC I still really like listening to is on Jar of Flies--the rest I appreciate because I used to love it, but don't really get that into it in any current sort of way

I recall liking Jar of Flies a lot back in the day, but I'm left relatively cold by it now.

It's Dirt that really sticks with me, I don't think any of their other work comes close to that kind of consistency.

Dirt is a classic. It's a reaaally fucked-up concept album released at a right moment. It sure doesn't lead you to shoot heroin.

Interesting choices, rotten Apple should have been on my list.
Killer is me?? Really? It feels uncomplete to me..and fear the voices?
Why that one?

I really cant get into Rotten Apple. :/ even people who I know that dont like Alice in Chains like that song. The wordless vocal fills just kinda bug me, I dont know. I think Nutshell should have opened JoF, and Rotten Apple should have been number 2.

And I LOVE Fear the Voices and Killer is Me.

Jar Of Flies + a couple of other songs is all that makes my playlists these days. fuck their acoustic stuff is brilliant. the rest sounds cheesy to me.

I wonder why these guys haven't done the remaster/reissue thing. I'd love me some Facelift and Dirt remastered with extras.

I'm still waiting for the We Die Young EP version of "Killing Yourself". There's also live material they could tap into.

Yeah, I still enjoy the softer stuff but the heavier side of the band was more enjoyable as a pissed off teenager.
