Jason Molina's music sounds so amazing and epic but he looks like a total goofball.

Maybe this thread is a little too narrow, but I just watched a live take of John Henry Split My Heart and felt that I should get this off my chest.

Molina is also really short. I saw Songs: Ohia at a really, really small cafe in '03 or '04 and was stunned just how much taller I was than Molina. They played all songs that no one in the audience knew, except for a really slow version of "Riding With The Ghost." Molina had no stage presence at all. One of the worst shows I've ever seen.

The only time I saw Oldham--also in a small cafe--I was horrified he was going to throw up on everyone in the front row.

And yeah, I also agree with that point on Molina's stage presence. Very underwhelming.
