I wish.

(This actually looks pretty cool. What's with the documentary craze right now?)

Yeah, docs are all the rage considering they're good publicity, they're not censored like Behind The Music, and fans want the DVDs. They're nothing new, but when albums don't sell anymore its understandable to see every band putting one out. Its slightly annoying, but whats more troubling is seeing bands take to American Idol to promote themselves. Anyone see Dean and Robert DeLeo recently perform with Steven Tyler? Ugh.

Normally you see really big bands put out movies. Its nice to see an indie-oriented band get some love.

Well I imagine you'll be able to pay a fee and stream it for a few days similar to movie rental in iTunes. I was referring more to it being done 'in house' on their own website which considering Mudhoney's cult band status that's probably a smart thing for the doco makers to do to cut down costs rather than old fashioned distribution channels.

I just finished watching this for the second time. It's really good. Well played Mudhoney.

It also reinforces for me what a sugar coated hagiography the PJ20 film was. Fucken Cameron fucken Crowe.
