That might be so, but that says nothing about the worth of her music. I don't really have an opinion on her, but there's nothing mutually exclusive about being genuinely talented and also being heavily marketed and "of the moment". |

Maybe so but there are a lot of acts who did this a year or two ago and did it better. That said she seems to have struck gold with it so fair dues to her. |

Either way, British music has been in a constant state of repetition and recycling since the beginning of the noughties. That's the context; I've only heard a bit of BfL but I would say she's noticeable among the pack. |
