Its great. Fiona Apple might be the best solo artist from her time.

it's good. it's not great. The first single is great, and there are a few other strong songs on there. Everything is at least decent. There's really no one like her. Even though it's another album about how fucked up she is (I've never seen someone grow so little from record to record in terms of what they write about) it has the same playful rhymes and vocal melodies that she's so good at.

it's a very stripped down album, so if you like her more ambitious musical numbers (which I personally do) it's a lack. If you really just want her with some bare bones accompaniment it will be right up your alley. I like it more than Tidal, but less than Pawn... and Extraordinary Machines (my favorite)

This is fantastic. I'd have to say it's a clear second behind When The Pawn, and could possibly be first one day.

i think the whole record is really ambitious specially because its a very stripped down. Her vocals are great, the lyrics are great...
for me its up there with when the pawn...

i certainly didn't mean to imply that it was lazy or anything like that. For me it's a good record but not a great one since she is downplaying certain parts of her music that I like.

yeah i know...i think its nice to see her going to a different route from her previous album.
I also think she needs to do a more soulful record too..maybe with the roots? Her performance with them in the jimmy fallon show was incredible.

Seeing her live, tonight. Pretty excited. Hope it goes a little better than the last time I was this excited to see one of my favorite artists.

Lucky guy, she seems to be be doing a great tour...she looks very thin though...
She might play in Argentina in december, it would be so good if this is confirmed.

Having never seen her before, I'm not sure what to expect. Good to hear that the tour has been getting good buzz. I haven't looked into it at all. Kinda looking forward to the element of surprise.
