I saw them in september, I really enjoyed it.. Enjoyed their performance, more than the REM concert .. and I love REM .. that tells you a lot! A lot of improvisation on songs and energy on stage (two thumbs up for the guitarist!!!!) ... I had a great time and only payed 15 dollars versus 50 for REM... again...

I saw them the last two times they were in Aus (one was less than 12 months ago, mind you... I wish that PJ would tour Aus so frequently). They were really good. Entertaining. Put on a pretty good show. If you go, take bets with those you go with how quickly Ed gets his shirt off... it's a sure thing he will, just depends on how many buttons it has

I saw them a little over ten years ago so I don't know what they are like live now, but back then they put on one hell of a show. Ed the singer has great energy on stage.

AHAH!! that is so very true.
He also sorta teased sliding his hand down his pants at the show I saw.

so there is this song "Hold Me Up" that I only have as a demo from Throwing Copper. Kevin Smith wanted to use it for Mallrats, but Live decided against putting it in the movie because they wanted to use the song for a single. The song never got released. The song was in Smith's latest "Zack and Miri Make A Porno" but its not on the fucking soundtrack! Why would they not want to release such a good song?! I just want a good copy of this thing.

Someone wrote about seeing Live in two concerts on the same tour, and on both shows the singer slowly took his shirt off during the same exact song and moment, that one made me laugh..
Yeah, I saw Live two years or so ago. And it was a great, great show. Great energy, music...songs ya know, new songs...great stuff.
But Ed, the leader singer, is a little fruit...especially for his age. He tries to be all sensual and such and it's a little awkward at times. But nevertheless, the show rocked.

That would be me. Unfortunately I have the pics to prove it.
But if you've never seen them, go for it. They do play with energy, and it is a fun show. The first time anyway lol.
