I've NEVER seen them and I love them. Money is tight though and it would be a 3 hour round trip. I've got 2 kids and a wife.

What do you say RM?

Daltrey sounds so terrible now, but I guess I would just to cross one of my all-time favorites off the list.

I love The Who, have seen them live a few times and have heard what Daltrey currently sounds like. The answer is a resounding no. I walked out of Daltrey doing a solo tour he sounded so bad.

I'd rather see a Pete Townshend show, frankly.

Daltry's voice isn't the primary reason...he sounds really ragged, but based on the last ten years I'd say Roger's post-60 condition is becoming Ed's best case scenario. I just figure half the band is dead, and my second favorite Who-related record is a Pete solo disc. And I don't ever wear no ripped shirts.

I saw them around three or four years ago.

I didn't have to pay to go, nor travel anywhere, but I had a pretty good time. It was still fun to see Roger and Pete play those songs.

I doubt I would've spent money to go, though.

I saw them in 2000. Entwistle was still alive, but Roger's voice was still rough and the songbook wasn't much different. Had a great time, but I probably wouldn't go again, unless tickets were uncharacteristically inexpensive.

I saw them twice in the months after Entwistle died and had pretty much the same experience.

I'm going in November and the only reason I'm going is because it's Quad...that was pretty much the only thing they could've done to get me to go see them one last time

I'm glad I saw them in 2003. It was a bit up and down at times but still very enjoyable. It wasn't till the encore that they blew my mind. That made it worth sitting through Eminence Front. Real Good Looking Boy was also pretty good live. I wouldn't make a special effort to go see them but if they were playing relatively nearby I'd do it again, especially if it's a Quadrophenia tour.

Yeah, go. I saw them weeks after Ox passed and it was my first real arena show. It was a lot of fun.

Are they still playing with Pino Palladino? He's no John Entwistle, but he's a pretty great bassist.

I've seen them twice in 07 and 09 and they were excellent live. I'd say go.

Saw them in '06.

What do I remember most?
Tea and Theatre was awesome, first time I'd heard it...
...and Zak was a monster

Anyone who doesn't go see this tour is missing out

Boston was awesome last night...band was on fire, Zak is in full on Keith Moon beast mode behind the kit, and Roger's voice held out pretty well...and the production is great
