OK I really like the song "How Soon Is Now"... do they have any other songs that are equally as good? I keep hearing how good these guys are, but I'm not convinced yet. :?

'There is a light that never goes out' is better.

some FAvorite Smiths songs are:

Bigmouth Strikes Again
This Charming Man
Stil Ill
What Difference Does it Make
That Joke Isn;t Funny Anymore

Actually I love almost all Smiths songs.
They are my 2nd favourite band.

If ya like em SINGLES would be a logical record to buy.

It's great on 7WC! I listened to The Queen is Dead the other day, great stuff.

Yeah, I prefer Neil's version myself actually.

This is a band I really want to get more of. I only have Strangeways and one bootleg, but I have been known to listen to them over and over in my car.

If anyone ever asks you how to define "irony", play them The Smiths. :D

This is probably the only band I would recommend getting all albums of because they are consistanly amazing. This is the order i would buy them in.

1.The Queen Is Dead
2. Strangeways, Here We Come
3. Louder Than Bombs
4. The Smiths
5. Meat Is Murder
6. Hatful Of Hollow

The Queen Is Dead is the best album ever made.
