now that we've heard the album...

World Wide Suicide is a given...

so 2nd song...

my hope (in order):

Unemployable
Life Wasted
Comatose
Army Reserve

Come Back or Gone would sound nice, but imo people who haven't paid attention to PJ the last 10 years would be more impressed to get hit in the face w/ 2 new rockin' songs imo.

don't suggest Inside Job either, cuz it wouldn't work well on live TV, both for sound and time-wise. ;)

hoping if they get a 3rd song they break out something old

I can hardly believe its one week away. My guess is World Wide Suicide and Life Wasted. A big fuck you to Lorne Michaels if he doesn't think Pearl Jam is still worthy of a 3 song appearance 12 years later. The third song will be/should be Come Back.

already said WWS and Black............ as a long shot. But this was all before "IT". So at this point I think "Come Back" would be perfect. I just think WWS, and then an old classic would be great.

Why in the fuck anyone thinks they'll play a song that's not on the new album is beyond me.

WWS and Life Wasted are my guesses. I'm hoping for Come Back, though.

I should clarify. I believe they should get three songs, and I sure hope they do. I just really, really doubt that they'd play a song that has nothing to do with the new record. I just can't see it at all.
