Didnt Sheryl Crow come out with "The First Cut is the Deepest" like 5 years ago. But besides that i wasnt expecting anyhting different from that list, its pure silliness

What I hate about the Grammy's is that they take a look at only a selected amount of artists. They don't bother to look at some other artists that really could easily rock the socks off the other crap that the nominated. The whole process is biased. ugh...

Like Wilco in 2002 with Yankee Hotel Foxtrot . . . the midwest representative for the Grammy Nominating Committee basically quit because Wilco was left off (a crime if you ask me).

this is the award show that gives Celion Dion and Phil Collins awards while ignoring quality,non-mainstream music.So atleast the good shit (like the new cd's from Morrissey,PJ Harvey and the late Elliott Smith)get the props in magazines.
