Film buffs love to talk shit about this movie. And as a film student, I know I'm not supposed to like it, but I just find Titanic so gol'darn entertaining.

It's good. The hype ruined it, but it's a really good movie.

I'm going to New York Film Academy, only because I couldn't afford 'real' film school.

That's 20 minutes more than I've seen.

i like titanic.

there i said it.

when it comes to movies. i like the enetertainment for a couple hours. its nice. check out, watch and let the story go. if it chagnes my life, great, if not..oh well..it was still entertaining, if its crap and i laugh..well im still a winner.

titanic is a good move. who cares if its overblown hollywood cliche...i understand how that woul dbother most...for some reason it doesnt...

as for music...yea...if its trash, i wont tolerate it. but...movies...yea ...i like titanic. i may have even gotten alittle teary eyed..."not so much with what i was doing, but he had some things going on..." sort of thing....

This is off-topic, but how is USC's music program? My Californian relatives are trying to get me out there.

I didn't find it that bad. It's definitely not one of my favorite movies and I wouldn't buy it or anything. But like 62strat said, it mildly entertained me for a while.

i also dont mind it, but i probably will buy it eventually because my fiancee really likes it, but its atleast a movie that i can be a bit entertained when she wants to watch it.

I thought it was okay, but I never watched it a second time if that tells you anything.
