today i decided to take a long walk and listen to the new PJ album in its entirety. i went a fair way from my place so the album almost finished before i even turned around to go back. but the thing about it that was freaky is i walked up past this girls house whom ive been desperately chasing for like the last year (who is in a fairly full-on relationship and now never has time for me) or more (who is in a fairly full-on relationship and now never has time for me) and guess what song is playing in the background? come back

Why does everyone associate a depressing song with something bad? When I feel shitty (and fishbob im in the same boat as you right now), I turn on tunes like Come Back. Because some other voice other than my own is saying how I feel. You don't feel alone that way.

That's your own fault for listening to the new songs before they've been released

"You know, it's not like I feel bad all the time. You know, I was listenning to the words as I was singing, thinking 'God, you know, that's a bit depressing'. But you just have these...days, or these hours, or something, and you write a song, and that's fine, and if someone hears it during one of those hours, somehow, by knowing someone else is as depressed as they were it makes them feel better. Funny how it works.. The healing power of music"

Dear fishbob,
I think we've had this conversation before, but if you want to be knee-deep in pussy, you need to take a trip to North America. A thick aussi accent will remove a girl's panties quicker than lemon gin and ecstacy combined.
