I know all you sox fans are overjoyed but isn't it about time Beckett develops some blisters and ends up on the shelf as per usual and Schill makes an idiotic statement, glorifying himself, that will be as ludacris as David Well's waistline.

Enjoy your miniscule lead for now!!

Go Yanks

Meh. Burnett will show Beckett how it's done tomorrow.

Goddammit, do we really have to have 8 million Red Sox threads a season again this year? There are like four viable places you could put this.

At least wait till we get out of the first month of the season.

Then talk to the moronic Yankee fan who created the thread then. I only see one Sox thread for this year.

Oh the Irony of a Yankee fan talking smack about starting pitching.

You guys signed Jaret Wright. That's really the only comeback you need if you're a Sox fan.

Jaret Wright should just be known as DL. He's been injured more than JD Drew, and that's saying something.

The end of your rotation ends with small wang. I mean really.....Just be glad you don't have to watch the pathetic Knicks anymore.

Touche.

Alls I can say is FUCK JIM LEYRITZ!! :D Mark Wholers hasn't been right in the head since that game 6.

96 was the only year we were really had a better team.

the last couple of series you guys won we were just outclassed. I mean really since 96 the Braves haven't really had great teams at all, they just managed to be better in the regular season than the rest of the NL East.

Charlie Leibrandt cost us two game 7 home runs in the early 90's. or we'd have 3.

I just thought it was funny, a yankees fan would be poking fun at starting pitching of any other team. :D

I was poking fun to really hide my fits of jealousy...I love the yanks but the rotation is soo weak and the bridge to Rivera is even worse.....

Horrible decisions: Jaret Wright and Farnsworth...When Scott Proctor is an anchor coming out of the pen I have great concern to be nervous...

What's great about being a Yankee fan is that they will try to correct the problems...

That's what's awesome about your owner, He want's to win. Hell he pays for the profit of the bottom half of the league. I'm sure they have a few prospects that can help out. Or I hope for your sake anyway.

Beckett very well may wind up on the DL again at some point, but it's as inevitable as death and taxes that Jaret Wright will as well and that the Big Ugly will have to miss a couple starts. The difference is Beckett will likely slay when he isn't hurt. The other two? Um...

BTW, I'm terrified of Curt Schilling saying something to damage the egg-shell brittle egos of MFY fans again this year while he wins 20 games for us. What ever will we do?

Enjoy your ALDS loss (at best). :)

P.S. In the future put all Sox shit-talking in the designated Red Sox thread.

Why even bother posting again once you've had your ass handed to you by Sox fans and non Sox fans alike in your own thread?
