After a Philadelphia team loses a playoff or really important game or a college team that I like, I even feel depressed. I think I have an obsesssion, folks. I think I might need help. I even cried after tonight's flyers loss against buffalo. I've only done that...well actually I do that after most Flyers playoff losses, but none more then the conference finals last season against tampa. I cry, folks. This is so embarassing.
Is this the case for anyone else?

Don't worry, when I was your age I would cry when the Eagles lost a regular season game that they should have won. I cried walking out of Lincoln Financial Field when they lost the Conference title game to the Panthers.

Yeah, eventually (hopefully) you'll realize that professional sports have absolutely no bearing on your life as a viewer. At that point, you'll actually enjoy the games more,

I feel this way over college basketball. For example, I felt this way after St. Joe's miracle season when they lost to OSU in the tourney, when Nova lost to FL this year, and when Gonzaga lost to UCLA this year.

um. pretty dumb actually.
If it was a game seven loss, or the team was out, i can kinda see it then...
Losing game one on the road.... should be expected.

I almost cried after the Colts lost to the Steelers this year. It was a typicaql Colts blowup so i held the tears back. I did cry when they lost to the Steelers in the 96' AFC Championship game. That Colts team had a lot of heart and shouldn't have even been there so it made the loss that much tougher to handle. I decided that I'm not gonna get too emotional about the Colts anymore, it's not worth the pain every year
