As everyone knows, Pearl Jam and Eddie Vedder have been longtime supporters of the West Memphis Three. This Saturday, July 23, 2005, is West Memphis Three World Awareness Day, with events taking place all over the world in support of the West Memphis Three. Eddie Vedder has generously donated some signed items to be auctioned off at various events. These event locations are: Memphis, TN; Dallas, TX; NYC, NY; San Francisco, CA; Portland, OR; Phoenix, AZ; Athens, GA; St. Louis, MO; Oklahoma City, OK; Louisville, KY; Madison, WI; Nashville, TN; and Little Rock, AR.

This is also on pj.com. When I saw something other than Missoula Concert at the top of the news, I at 1st thought it was the Philly show(s).

Any chance that Eddie and/or PJ would make the hike across the country and play in a bar? Unfortunately I am going to see Tom Petty and the Black Crowes that night. Do I scrap those plans? We'll see. They will have autographed goods there, it could end up being worth it.

I doubt it. Siberia is a total dive and a very small bar. doubt it... but then again, easy street was just a record store... could they be in NYC talking to J Records about the new album?

in the liner notes the lyrics for army reserve are credited vedder and D.Echols anybody no who that is?

have you ever watched the doccumentarys or read anyhting on the situation with the WM3? from what i have read and seen in the docs it seems they were targeted because they wore black and listened to metallica, but there was alot of evidence pointing in other directions that wasnt even looked into because it seemd they wanted to put it on the different kids. when paradise lost was on HBO 10 or so years ago i watched it quite a few times, both parts, and it seemed like they really should have been looking into the possibility of one of the victums step father, there was alot about him that seemed off.

but anyway, i think Ed as well as many other musicians and actors and just people ingeneral think that they are innocent.

personally i believe townshend in his excuse that he was just doing research and i do believe that pete suffered child abuse himself (can't remember where i read that).

recently i had to write a dissertation on neo-nazis so if you look in my history you'll find that i frequented alot of neo-nazi websites and, using my credit card, bought a couple of nazi black metal cds and some of the neo nazi propaganda to see what it was like and so i could compare and contrast it to Goebbels' propaganda. by the way there is a small but scary group of neo nazis in america, such as the american nazi party and such and such.

that does not make me a nazi but if i was famous and this all came into the public eye, who would believe me?????

i also think that people see jackson as an easy target to get money out of. that is kinda his own fault for settling the first case brought against him.
