I hate the Lakers and i didn't think he got fouled. Diow might have gotten the timeout but it was close enough that i feel the defense should be rewarded. Nash choked twice in the matter of 5 minutes and change.

Not to mention Odom got fouled as well earlier with no call. It works both ways. I thought it was funny Thomas complained about Parker fouling Nash when he didn't even touch him.

A no-call is different than a bad call. A no-call can happen if the ref was inadvertantly looking the other way. That's not as bad as when the ref does make a call that suggests that the ref was looking right at the play, but still made the wrong call.
Yeah, the defense should be rewarded, and Nash did choke, but that doesn't excuse the refs not giving Nash a timeout when he called one. The purpose of the timeout is so you can bail yourself out when you make a mistake.

Nash was calling timeout as Walton grabbed the ball as far as I saw from the replay(27 times). Diow called timeout right before that but he didn't call it loud enough for the refs to stop play right away.

Walton was out of bounds when he first grabbed the ball.
