So this sexy model chick invites me over her house last night while her other friend is there. My buddy and I decide we'll go over there, drink some beers and have fun. I got the pre-order album yesterday, but my friend did not, so we agreed that since neither of us had class the next day, when we left the chick's house we would go back to his house, get wasted and rock out to the new shit.

Let-down 1:
I thought the girl was feeling me, but apparently she was not. I mean...I didn't really make too much of a move, so it's not like I was turned down, but still...nothing happened. Sucks. I'll try later, I guess. She said she wanted to hang out again.

Let-down 2:
While I'm at my friends house and we are listening to "pearl jam," I put my beer on the ground and he accidentally kicks it over, spilling a nearly full bottle of Corona all over my limited edition 10c version of the new album. Ouch. Spilled into the liner notes and disc sleeve.

i went to canada on a class trip and bought asome 40's at a grocery store somewhere - the were called something like labatt wildcat and were ten proof,... just wondering are they common anywhere else other than canada,.. ive never seen them outside of quebec

are those bits laminated? If you shook the excess liquid off and wiped the rest off with a damp cloth quickly you could have saved a bit of beer smell etc.

Otherwise, flog it on ebay once it dries out and get another (if you can)

Let-down 3:
On the way to my friends house we stopped and picked up a case of Corona.

We have a few beers like that, but they all taste like ass. The best beers are between 4.5 and 6%

That said, I like Corona as well... mabye it's different here though?

Anything in a 40 will taste like ass. Down here in the states we have plenty of good beers above 6%. Not to mention Belgian beers, which are typically high alcohol and are some of the best tasting beers in the world. Canada even brews a few Belgian style beers (Unibroue Brewery).

Haha...not exactly. Last night was a particularly odd evening of alcohol consumption. I don't have much dough these days, so I grabbed what was in my fridge when i found out the girls were drinking wine. My fridge contained 2 natty lights, 3 coronas and 1 lions head light. My buddy had a 12 pack of miller lite and and old e 40. So yeah...we had a little variety.

I don't drink a beer that the native Mexicans don't even like. Stick with Amber XX. If your Corona was any good there wouldn't have been any in the bottle when you set it down. It would've been chugged.
