his latest stunt

aside from his stunts, his magic is comical. not to say its not good or entertaining, but have you ever seen anyone scare the shit out black people like he does, without wearing a hood?

the shit he does just freaks people out, but with black people, they are running for the hills and arent looking back. one time they showed him the dallas cowboys locker room doing tricks and dieon and emmitt vanished before everyones eyes they were so freaked

Sucks he couldn't make it for the whole nine minutes...I was pulling for him.

And I agree, his work gets the best reactions from people. I saw some of his special last night and the trick where he pulled out the girl's tooth and then spit it back into place was phenomenal.

Whenever he or Criss Angel are on TV, it's difficult for me not to stop and watch.

I enjoyed Tina Fey's Blaine joke on Weekend Update last weekend:

"Blaine will stay immersed in the tank for seven days, and hopefully upon his exit will PERFORM A MAGIC TRICK!"

Yeah. Me, too.

What the fuck was that about? You have to be evil to do some shit like that. Did you see the look on her face? She looked completely confused. If that was fake, she's a damn good actress.

I didn't see all of it, (It overlapped with 24 and the NHL playoffs), but the trick where he chooses the wrong card, then throws it onto the ground and it breaks and the right card remains was pretty crazy

She looked like she was shaking with nerves. And he had a little blood on his hands. He is satan.

There must have been some major shrinkage involved, eh?

To paraphrase the immortal George Costanza: "I was in a giant ball of water for a week! I WAS IN A GIANT BALL OF WATER FOR A WEEK!!!"

The stuff he does is crazy. The one where the ash writes the name the person was thinking about on his arm is unreal. i dont know how he does it.

i taped this last night, i am looking forward to watching it. It does beg the question though about evil spirits, or black magic, etc. His stuff goes beyond simple sleight of hand ...

David Blaine as Christ.... imagine if he was born 2006 years ago?.... he could very easily, and i mean very easily have convinced the ignorant fucks of that time that he was indeed God's son.... hell, many people today could be readily fooled into believing he has some power the rest of us just missed out on... take rich's last post, for instance... i've read enough of what he writes to realize that he is no kook, yet a man like Blaine gets him to at least question the possibility... imagine if this man came 2006 years ago and pulled the things he does today... we ARE all human, and isnt in conceivable that a man with Blaine's intelligence and ability to manipulate the human mind could have been born 2006 years ago?.... even couldve been born in a measly ole manger for all we know

i'd almost like to see this put in N&D... might spark some good dialogue

that tooth trick was amazing...don't know which was more amazing to me, the tooth trick or the one where he eats the snake. the cell phone stuff was pretty cool, too.
i'm guessing he's going to go for the record again, just not after spending seven days underwater beforehand. guy is amazing.
