Anyone else other than Sarah know of him? Out of dumb luck years ago, I discovered his full band, the Scabs, and have been a fan ever since. I went to one of his solo band's show's last May, and as luck would have it, he's coming to town again tonight! It should be a good concert to follow up since going to PJ in September.

Being from the Austin area, I definately know who Bob Schneider is. the Scabs were/are very popular in this area, and Bob Schneider is a fine musician.

been a fan of Bob for ages. Joe Rockhead, Ugly Americans, The Scabs, his solo stuff.
the Ugly Americans and The Scabs material are my favorite. i remember being able to see the Ugly Americans on a Tuesday night for 5 bucks. but that was college and many a year ago. the Scabs are a fun show. last time i saw them here in Austin it was 20 bucks. that is a lot for a local club show. and im cheap. and i remember seeing Sandra Bullock a time or two.

I'm interviewing Bob today for his upcoming Houston show with The Moonlight Orchestra. I'm not super familiar with his music, but I know enough to be intrigued by this 180 of sorts. The show should make for a nice winter evening.
