Good. He sure bitched about it enough. But he deserves to try and play in the playoffs one more year. He was the best WR ever. The raiders should have told him what was up before week 1. Maybe not...I'm just happy he gets to play somewhere else...

He can still be an excellent possession guy, and the Hawks need a receiver or two that can catch the ball. Now I am officially a Seahawk fan and I can go back to disliking the Raiders. woo.

Yeah, I didn't expect him to be a Seahawk. Weirdness.

Because the only team I heard mentioned in the same breath as this trade was Detroit. This just came out of left field in my vision.

I didn't think it was going to happen after the season started. This is going to be a HUGE help. For one, he's a sure thing at catching the ball. The problem the Hawks have are that Jackson and Robinson are dropping easy fucking passes. They seem to make the acrobatic and hard catches, but they drop way to many balls. Hasselbeck is getting the ball to the receivers, he just needs a sure thing now. This is fantastic news!

I was watching Monday Quarterback on ESPN 2 this afternoon, and Chris Mortensen brought it up. Then Norv Turner said Rice might go to "someone who is familiar with him." Well, at least this bummed out Niners fan can pull for Jerry to get into the playoffs now.

I still think Marvin can catch every one of Jerrys records.

Probably not. Jerry has been playing for almost 20 years now. Is it more? Marvin is very durable but I doubt he will catch Jerry for any of his records. The only one he should catch is the QB to WR TD catch record. All the other ones are gonna be really tough to catch

Plus Robinson might be taking a little break...

Yup, 4 game suspension coming his way. Damn! If he only did steroids he'd be fine! Oh wait...that's MLB

Sean Salisbury's comments on the trade were money (one of the rare times he's dead on).
