Anyone else lucky enough to get tickets to opening day? I was able to get throught the VWR bullshit pretty quickly and scored a Sox pack with opening day. They were talking on the radio this morning about how the Sox brass is trying to get GW to throw out the first pitch. I'm a Bush supporter, but I don't want him anywhere near Fenway on that memorable day! I'd be suprised even if he did come knowing that Boston/MA is Kerry's back yard.

I had to work, but my friends stood in line. They got there at 2am after we left the Black Rose. They got screwed when the line jumped forward and went from 400th in line to about 600th in line and ended up not getting opening day seats. They were SUPER pissed. They got the other 4-game package with a Yankee game in October which is cool. And they got to touch the World Series Trophy, and my buddy thinks he broke off one of the flags by mistake. I'm pretty sure it was already broken though.
