it's his own fault. how stupid do you have to be not to wear a helmet while riding a motorcycle? especially after the kellen winslow thing and everybody telling him to wear one and he just refused.

it very possibly is in his contract, doesnt stop athletes though, you know, cuz they are, "special"

john clayton was saying that it's supposedly a gash on his forehead and that it definately isn't life threatening and probably isn't anywhere near career ending.

my guess is a cut or two and maybe a broken nose and a concussion, but that'll be it....hopefully
