Are you talking about the part after bee girl?
It was written for layne staley, so it was in 2002.

I'm not sure when that's from. It's difficult to tell with it being spoken word.

My guess would be Binaural. The guitars and vocals sound very Binaural to me. Was it confirmed to be on the Japanese Lost Dogs yet?
