This is to combat the naysayters. An outstanding album but this is the outstanding track. This album wouldn't work without this song, so just admit it. Parachutes establishes love and withougt Come Back, the loss of love isn't present on the album and that's all it needs to complete it.

It's a really simple, beautiful, epic love song the band has not done is what seems like forever and it's the kind of song only Pearl Jam can do right. You know with a couple of beers, like I've had right now, you feel that last couple minutes. "Come back, I'll be here."

No Pearl Jam album is complete without a good lost love song.

Come Back is a great song. I don't care what anyone else says.

I really dig Come Back.

I actually love the entire album. Army Reserve is the only track that I'm iffy about.

There is a comeback thread where people talk about how much they love this song and the come back sucks thread where people still pretty much talk about how much they love this song. In the interest of staving off the future "Come back is good but not great" and Most of the time I'm not into come back but every now and then the song hits me" thread I'm just going to lock this one.
